Framework is a nationwide virtual tutoring program committed to connecting exceptional educators with students in need. We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Interviewer/Operations Support to join our team and help us identify top-tier tutoring talent and play a versatile role within the team. This role requires availability during West Coast hours to align with candidate schedules. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual interviews with tutor candidates, assessing their qualifications, experience, and fit with Framework’s mission and culture.
• Provide timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
• Manage interview schedules to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and staff.
• Collaborate with the tutor ops team to support hiring strategies and meet staffing needs.
• Track candidate progress using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or internal tools.
• Offer candidates a positive and professional experience, representing Framework’s values.
• Assist with other department roles as workload changes arise. These items can include non-recruitment operational support within our tutoring program.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in recruitment, interviewing, HR, or education is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work part-time hours aligned with Pacific Time (PT). Ideally as early as 11:00 AM PST and as late as 8:00 PM PST.
• Tech-savvy, with experience using video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom/google meet) and applicant tracking systems.
